Natural Hero sells 98% natural sports recovery products. Louise, the founder of the business came from a publishing background and needed help with the basics of product launch such as pricing models, logistics, sales tracking, stock and CRM.
In 2008 the Directors of Dulster launched Sneakart, a sneaker & accessory customisation brand aimed at the creative youth market. Starting this concept involved developing an entirely new kind of plastic film, (aka Sneakskin™) sourcing manufacturing in UK and China and distributing the product globally. A unique website was created, trade sales developed, VC investment raised and IP secured. Sneakart was sold in Footlocker Europe, Topman, Urban Outfitters and many independents. Unfortunately the business did not live up to initial investment expectations and it folded in 2011. We had a fantastic three years running the company and skills learnt were invaluable and immeasurable - sometimes the best way to learn is by making mistakes!
